All Twilight Vapor Wholesale website visitors & customers are required to agree to the following terms and conditions when they place any orders on this website. All purchases will be immediately cancelled if the customer does not agree to abide by the following terms;


Age: The minimum legal age to purchase or otherwise obtain and use vaping products or view this website in the majority of the United States of America is 18 years old. In some states, such as California and Hawaii, the legal age is 21. By accepting these stated terms and conditions or by attempting to purchase products from Twilight Vapor Wholesale or it's partners you certify and affirm, under the penalties of perjury, that at the time of completing this purchase process  you are old enough to be legally permitted to purchase and use vapor products in your city, state, and country.


Shipping: Certain products Twilight Vapor Wholesale carriers may ship from different warehouse locations and your order may be delivered in multiple packages. Depending on the shipping location please be aware delivery time could take 7 days, and in rare cases may take longer. We will do everything we can to get your products in your hand as fast as possible. Contact us with any questions or concerns you might have with our shipping terms.


Return Policy: 

We accept returns on most new, unopened items that are in sellable condition and include all original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus all shipping costs. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) we'll pay the return shipping costs. All returns must be authorized first by phone or email.

Opened E-Liquids and custom-made or special-order items are not returnable. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns on E-Juice that has been opened or does not meet personal flavor expectations. Taste is a very subjective sense that will vary greatly from person to person.

We cannot guarantee that a product's color will match exactly what you see on your computer screen, as all screens are different. If you are unsure of how a product will look in real life, we encourage you to contact us for more information before placing your order.

In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for letting us know via phone or email within 24 hours of receipt and must provide TVW with photographic proof of the issue. The customer is to save all packaging and shipping materials until notified otherwise. Exchanges on defective products are on a case by case situation at our discretion.

Depending on where your package is mailed from, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. On authorized returns the original purchaser should expect to receive a refund within four weeks of sending your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We are not responsible for lost returns.

Customers may cancel an order at any point prior to shipment. If an item has already been processed for shipment, cancellation is no longer an option. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel custom-made and special-order items.


Nicotine: E-juice may contain nicotine, which is addictive. It should only be used by current adult smokers. Pregnant women and minors should not use these products. Those with medical conditions should consult a physician before using nicotine products.
